Q: What are your operating hours?
A: Our Hacienda Heights, CA warehouse is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm PST, excluding national holidays.
Our Jessup, MD warehouse is open Monday thru Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm EST, excluding national holidays.
Q: What shipping services do you offer?
A: UPS, Fedex, Ontrac (CA only), and USPS.
***Expedited shipping services are offered through UPS and Fedex. Please contact your Account Representative should you need expedited options.
Q: What are your same day shipping cut-off times?
A: California Warehouse:
- UPS, Fedex, USPS Orders: 2pm PST
- Ontrac Orders: 1pm PST
- Expedited Orders: 12pm PST
Maryland Warehouse:
- UPS, Fedex: 12pm PST
- USPS Orders: All USPS orders shipping from MD will ship next business day.
- Expedited Orders: 12pm PST
Q: Do you offer Will Call?
A: For your convenience Green Project provides the following Will Call hours for local pick-ups
- California Warehouse: 9:30am to 4:30pm PST
- Maryland Warehouse: 9:30am-4:30pm EST
***To insure your items are processed in a timely manner please place your orders at least 2 hours prior to pick up, this is an estimated window for processing and could vary.
Q: Do you offer Delivery service?
A: All deliveries will be arranged according to our delivery schedule. Please contact your Account Representative for minimum delivery requirements and estimated delivery time.
